For most of us, it is easier to have compassion for others than it is to have compassion for ourselves. And yet in order to preserve our wellbeing, live our lives fully, and care for others, self compassion and self care are essential. Starting with a light buffet and tea, you will be guided through meditations, reflections, and conversations intended to support you in honouring yourself and your wellbeing. Please note that space is limited for our intimate gathering.

For most of us, it is easier to have compassion for others than it is to have compassion for ourselves. And yet in order to preserve our wellbeing, live our lives fully, and care for others, self compassion and self care are essential. Join us in the tranquil Tree House space at Rural Rootz Nature Reserve just outside Wiarton, Ontario. Following tea and light refreshments, you will be guided through meditations, reflections, and conversations intended to support you in honouring yourself and your wellbeing. Please note that space is limited for our intimate gathering. Stress is a part of the human condition. We all go through stressful times - at home, school, work or all of the above. While life stress is a given, the way that we relate to stress influences our wellbeing.
