Online Mindful Self Compassion Course
with Christine Grace McMulkin
“A moment of self compassion can change your entire day. A string of such moments can change the course of your life.” – Chris Germer
Self Compassion involves responding in the same supportive and understanding way you would with a good friend when you have a difficult time, fail, or notice something you don’t like about yourself. The core elements of Self Compassion include: Self kindness vs self judgement, common humanity vs isolation, and mindfulness vs over or under identification. A growing body of research demonstrates that relating to ourselves in a kind, friendly manner is essential for emotional wellbeing.
